Seniors Guide, a local magazine for seniors, seeks a dependable and self-motivated individual to deliver our printed magazines in the greater Lynchburg area, including Lynchburg, Danville, Martinsville, and Bedford.
- Route 1: Greater Lynchburg area — includes Lynchburg, Danville, Martinsville, and Bedford
- Route 2: Roanoke/I-81 corridor — from Staunton to Pulaski
As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy the freedom of managing your schedule while ensuring our magazine reaches important community locations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering bundles of Seniors Guide magazines to established drop-off points such as medical offices, libraries, and local businesses. *No residential deliveries!
- Completing your delivery route at the beginning of each month, typically within a 1 to 1.5-week timeframe. Flexible start and finish times during business hours.
- Working as an independent contractor gives you flexibility and control.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. While larger cars like SUVs or vans can help transport the magazines, they aren’t essential.
- A good driving record.
- The ability to lift and handle bundles of magazines.
- Comfort driving within the designated route area (either Lynchburg region or the I-81 corridor)
- Someone who is a self-starter and can manage their time effectively.
